* The boat was refitted in January 2026; all valves and hull fittings were replaced, the hull was repainted, the engine was serviced, and all necessary maintenance for ocean travel was completed. The main sail is new and unused. A new solar system and 320 Ah lithium battery were installed. The electronic systems were redesigned, and engine temperature gauge and engine data were transferred to the Raymarine system. It is located in West Palm Beach. The mooring system is included in the sale; there is no monthly rental fee. It has a new, smaller boat with a 6 hp Mercury engine, 2 air conditioners, a new 4500-watt generator with electric starter, a water heater, a refrigerator, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms. The engine has 1130 hours on it; everything is in working order. There is a portable ice maker. Internet access is available on board, and there are 2 sets of cameras that operate 24 hours a day.
